As part of its massive efforts to reach a wide variety of clientele, and to further introduce its services to the market, BAC has launched a lecture series conducted and facilitated in-house. On May 13, 2016, the Human Resources Department of Aditya Birla Minacs, a BPO company with around 1,000/- employees was among the first to experience the Lecture Series in their offices. BAC's VP and Head of Legal discussed the following topics: 1) Develop a Compelling Employer Brand, 2) Strategies to Effectively Mitigate Employee Attrition, and 3) In depth application of the Due Process clause of the Philippine Constitution within the BPO setting.

What sets BAC's lecture series apart from traditional seminars is the interplay of updates on new Implementing Rules and Regulations issued by the Department of Labor and Employment simplified and its practical application in the BPO setting. Essentially, the series was customized and made to fit the BPO perspective.
